The central location of the apartments is unique: The Central Station, with access to all lines of the public transport system can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot and the pedestrian area of downtown Bonn can be reached in about 5 minutes. Despite this very central location, the apartments are so quiet that one has the impression of being in the countryside. The city of Bonn is so small that you can reach all places in the city area in about 30 minutes by bicycle.
